Beijing is the venue used annually for the ATP World Tour event, The China Open. The National Tennis Centre was built for the 2008 Olympic Games and held the Paralympics wheelchair tennis.

Shanghai is used annually for the ATP World Tour, the Shanghai Rolex Masters. The Qizhong Forest Sports City Arena is the largest tennis venue in Asia, built to hold the ATP World Tour Finals.
